This week I had my system installed on my home. All the employees were informative and answered all my questions. Rudy the electrician was particularly helpful and went well above and beyond my expecting. He was very personable and made sure I was satisfied with the panel upgrade. Now waiting in the inspectors and Edison. Very pleased so far.

After watching Solar Energy Group Solar install panels on my neighbors house I met with Dallin Benson whom after listening to him and having complete confidence in started the process ourselves. During the process I had the opportunity to meet with electricians who did a good job and a very talented "Stucco Man" by the name of Jerry. Also along the way I met Kenny G.and George B.Outstanding Inspection and installation men.They went above and beyond the call of duty in repairing a broken tile and waterproofing some other areas. Very happy with Solar Energy Group in all phases and can't wait to turn our system on in a week or two. In the meantime we can watch Solar Energy Group install panels on our other neighbors home. Our culdesac has seven homes and now four will have solar. Way to go Solar Energy Group.

Solar Energy Group is seriously an amazing solar company. Brandon Price originally helped us seal the deal and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Truthfully I was a sceptic at first but he was very patient with all my questions and supportive through the whole contract process. Honestly if it was for Brandon's care and commitment to excellent customer service I would I never signed up. The installation was amazing and the guys working were absolutely professional. They even went above and beyond to fix multiple broken tiles on our roof that they noticed were crack when they were up there installing the panels. And on top of that Jerry's stucko work is truely artistic mastery. In a very cut throat business this company gets it - its all about customer service. So 6 months now and I'm saving an average of $100 a month but more importantly solar is a more sustainable energy source and I'm helping keep a brighter and cleaner future for my sons.

Finally got solar! Been putting it off for a couple of years, trying to gather as much info as possible. Then one day a sales rep. Travis Jones knocks on my door and says he would like to sell me electricity at a much lower rate than I was currently paying. "No cost out of pocket" is all I heard. And after months of shopping around, multiple patient visits from Travis, and diving into the solar world, I committed. The process did take a couple of months start to finish but it was truly painless. The guys from the start of installation to the "start up" guys George and Ronny were clean, respectful, and professional. I haven't started receiving my solar bills yet but I am anxious to see what this does to my summer time bills of $700 for electricity. I'll post again after summer.

Dallin, our sales rep ensured all of our questions were answered and he kept in touch with us even after the panels were turned on. Can't say enough about my great experience with Solar Energy. The crew we're engaging, communicative and collaborative every step of the way. One of my main concerns was dealing with the California/PG&E permitting process, which tends to be lengthy, bureaucratic, and painful. They had my install done within a month of signing the contract, and SF signed off 3 days after the install! It only took another week for PGE and I was producing energy into the grid. I was also very happy with their competitive pricing. Great team to work with!
